Cell Culture Laboratory
Various immortalized cell, mesenchymal stem cell, and induced pluripotent stem cell lines are routinely maintained and proliferated. These lines are mainly used to evaluate the in vitro performance of biomaterials inspired (bioinspired) by or mimicking natural structures (biomimetic) prepared in the biomaterials research laboratory. In addition, toxicity assays of drugs and nanoparticles are performed.
