In the Tissue Laboratory, sample tissues used in experiments are homogeneously prepared for experiments and examination, tissue cutting, paraffin embedding, slicing, and staining of paraffin blocks, and histological examinations under a microscope are performed. General microbiological studies such as tensile, compression, and cycling tests, bacterial inoculation, colony formation, growth and colony counting, medium preparation, and plate preparation are performed.
