Research Areas

In our laboratory, magnetic resonance (MR) imaging techniques (MR spectroscopic imaging (MRSG), arterial swirl labeling (ASL), diffusion tensor imaging (DTG), perfusion weighted MR imaging, etc.) are used to identify anatomical, physiological and biochemical changes due to brain diseases, classification of medical image data for disease diagnosis using machine learning and deep learning methods, and image enhancement (super image enhancement). To identify anatomical, physiological and biochemical changes due to brain diseases, classification of medical image data for disease diagnosis using machine learning and deep learning methods and image enhancement (super resolution), to accelerate routine MRSG techniques used in the clinic, To develop quantitative molecular MR imaging techniques for more sensitive and accurate data acquisition and processing, to develop modeling and analysis methods to generate MR parametric maps, to develop user-friendly data analysis interfaces, and to produce phantoms that mimic brain chemistry and anomalies.
