About Lab
The Biomedical Optics and Diagnostic Devices Lab develops innovative imaging and diagnostic systems that merge optics, biology, and computation. Our work spans mesoscopic fluorescence tomography, intravital imaging, and markerless liquid biopsy. We build custom tools for cell analysis, microfluidic diagnostics, and non-contact veterinary gait assessment—supported by advanced image processing and machine learning. Our aim is to enable accessible, high-resolution, and non-invasive biomedical diagnostics.
